Send it to Raoul.
Found a home, a community or a builder anywhere in Virginia? Send it over and I'll tell you what I see — and what your next step should be. It takes about fifteen seconds.
Who's reviewing it
Not a call centre and not a lead form that goes to five agents. It comes to me.

Send it before you visit
Especially at a builder. Most builders only recognise your agent if they were registered at or before your first visit to that community — after you sign in alone, representation there is usually gone for good.
You get a second read
What the listing says, what the comps say, days on market, price history, and what is actually negotiable. Sent back to you in plain English, not a sales pitch.
No obligation
Sending a link does not commit you to anything. Representation in Virginia starts with a written agreement you read and sign — not with an email.
Frequently asked
What can I send?
Anything — a Zillow or Realtor.com link, a builder community page, an MLS number, or just the address typed out. If you can see it, it can be reviewed.
Does sending a property commit me to anything?
No. It is a request for information. In Virginia, buyer representation begins with a signed written agreement that sets out what the agent does and what they are paid — you would read and sign that separately, and only if you want to go ahead.
How quickly will I hear back?
Raoul Shah follows up personally. If it is time-sensitive — a model home visit this weekend or an offer deadline — call or text (703) 570-1074 rather than waiting on email.
